Always calls or texts ask what times you have open. He says nothing. Another time asked if had a certain time and when I replied yes I got nothing back. Today asked if could see me at noon. We setup said confirm at 11:30 no confirmation then tried to call nothing. also gets upset that you will not give a specific address till confirmation.
